Community Lectures and Presentations

Since 1994 The Center Pole has offered many public presentations on a wide variety of spiritual topics. Lectures have been provided to clubs, churches, private groups, schools and universities including Yale, Wesleyan, UConn, Southern CT, Middlesex Community College and Quinnipiac. Through folk tales, mythology, anthropology and 40+ years of personal spiritual study, Gregory Besek weaves the story of the sacred and the profane into a comprehensible spiritual reality that can be embraced by the monk and the atheist alike.
